Dear Mrs Van Elk
Through Mr. Lindeman I received your budget of the art work for
our new school building. We are delighted that the development
of plans has progressed this far.

We would really appreciate it when you could give an
explanation for a group of persons from the project group and
from our board. From our side a good opportunity for that
would be Tuesday November 14th from 19.30 to 20.30. Then the
official decision could also be made whether continuation of the
activities can take place. From what Mr. Lindeman tells me I
gather that concerning a positive result of this decision there
is little doubt.

Of course the financial settlement also needs attention. The
board administration will transfer to you 000000 within a
couple of days. After a positive decision on November 14th
the remainder of the design cost will be transferred to you.
Also, we will then make appointments for the further financial
settlement.

I really hope you will be able to come November 14th and
that we will be able to realise the submitted design in good
collaboration.
